Mr. Strahley has more than 30 years of experience in the environmental remediation industry including 10 years at Rocky Mountain Arsenal (RMA) where he directly managed eight projects totaling more than $80 million in value. Mr. Strahley’s management expertise includes technical approach formulation and implementation, cost estimating and control, subcontractor evaluation and management and equipment and personnel scheduling. He is responsible for all operational aspects of Great Lakes Environmental and Infrastructure, as well as assisting the president in the development and execution of the long-term strategy and growth of the company.
Previously, Mr. Strahley was with Envirocon, Inc. as Director of Remediation Services and helped grow the organization significantly in his 10 + years with the Company. Additionally, he was responsible for overall safety, profitability and success of a $50 million service line including both operations, estimation and business development. Prior to Envirocon, Mr. Strahley was at Ferguson Harbour Inc. where he was the Vice President of Operations. He received his BA in Business Administration from Bluffton University.
